  2. Hey what about a knife? Or some sort of Melee weapon?

  3. We tried adding two melee weapons, but it was really hard to get close to most enemies and knock them down (because they're either shooting too much, or they explode :)

  4. Oh, Thanks for the response. Can't wait for the update!

    Any plans for co-op? :)

  5. Co-op is a bit more tricky. We may try it, but only in summer, when we'll have a bit more free time.

  8. I have to say I'm quite glad I purchased this game, you are by far one of the best developers out there due to the simple fact that you politely answer my questions.

Unfortunately I didn't make my TA account until after your search for testers was over. I would have gladly been one as I always have tons of ideas and give some pretty hardcore feedback :)

I've tested around 15 games at this point, but took a break as school became somewhat overwhelming.

Feel free to shoot me an email : greatcocobil@yahoo.com

If you need anyone to reference me I have a few developers I have been extremely loyal to that wouldn't mind.

I really look forward to this update.

Thanks for all your answers to my comments its much appreciated. I plan on spreading the word about Guerilla Bob at school now, Although most of my friends have it.

    Thanks a ton,
    Matt

  9. Man, you guys rock!

That update totally changed the game! For the better! The weapons are so awesome! I love the shotgun and grenade launcher!

I also love the wave attack mode! It's a great time killer!

Are you guys planning on making more weapon upgrades?

Also I have a great idea! Make like costumes, that you can unlock! You know, scatter them out through the game in hidden areas! Or for surviving x ammount of time in survival mode!

This is my new favorite game! Thanks guys!

    Yours truely, thatoneguy...

  12. Will there be an update on the save game system? I think it's ridiculous that you only allow players to enjoy 1 game mode at a time. This wouldn't be so bad if there was only 1 game mode to speak of.

But having 3 game modes and not being able to leave save games on arcade, mercenary or survival seems ludicrous if you ask me(ok maybe not survival for the sake of scores). But at least with arcade and mercenary, even after you complete the mode, it would be nice to have the save game there so you can go back any time and play a stage for fun or to perfect your scores.

I think this needs a major improvement. Guerrilla Bob is in my opinion, THE definitive dual stick shooter, trumps John Gore any day(especially after their last version's debacle). This system with the save games really hampers replayability in my opinion. No one likes going back and having to play through the same mode all over again if all he/she wants to do is kill John Gore.

  13. Hi Arti!

You can easily have different saves for Arcade AND Mercenary modes at the same time. Just save your game from the level select menu to one of the slots 2-4. You'll have that save forever, and you'll be able to go back to it even after switching from Mercenary to Arcade.

  14. Really? What on earth have I been smoking then, I tried to do it a couple of times but it wiped my game off completely, must have mistakenly saved it in the first slot then.

I apologise for the terribly long post on what must be a non-issue then. Thanks for the speedy reply! Love your game to bits! I hope more awesome updates are planned!
